Greg completed his PhD in human Immunology at the University of Calgary Canada in 2004, and went on to study with Josef Penninger in Vienna, Austria for seven years. Greg joined the Garvan in 2010 where he uses fly, mouse and human model systems to sift through the human genome looking for novel disease genes with a focus on the nervous and cardiovascular systems.
